Project worker

Experience giving tier2/3 interventions to drug and alcohol clients is essential. Knowledge of harm minimisation is essential.



A local service is looking for project workers to induct new substance misuse clients into the service. The role will involve giving tier 2 interventions in a drop, offering harm minimisation and safer injecting advice as well as assessing them and designing careplans to include substitute prescribing and key working and referring to the in house prescribing team.
