Marketing Co-ordinator - Architects

Friendly and successful City based Architects firm is looking for a talented jobseeker with some Architectural experience to join them as Marketing Co-ordinator, assisting with the handling of all marketing projects. This is a varied and responsible career opportunity within a great firm who offer excellent working conditions, training and development. Hours 9.30am – 5.30pm. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus Xmas shutdown, pension etc.

Essential requirements within this responsible Marketing Co-ordinator opportunity include:

Good admin experience, preferably within a marketing environment
Previous experience working within an Architectural practice
Good IT skills
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

Working closely with the Partner responsible for Marketing, key areas of responsibility within this Marketing Co-ordinator position include:

Maintenance of the Image Bank and Practice Profile databases
Designing and producing regular brochure updates
Acting as first point of contact within the practice
Liaising with RIBA etc
Maintenance of the website
Liaising with journalists
Co-ordinating supply of images and information to the press
Handling and maintaining press releases
Attending Practice Management Meetings and producing marketing reports
Designing and maintaining templates etc
Handling sponsorship and donations
Associated admin
Ad hoc marketing projects
