Substance misuse nurse

Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification is essential. Experience with drug and alcohol would be a benefit.

A residential rehab centre is looking for a qualified RMN to join its team of substance misuse staff. The role would involve inducting new clients into the addictions centre. The role would then involve performing an assessment and designing a needs lead care plan to address the clients detox needs. The role will involve key working, one to one therapy to address the issues raised by the care plan. An on site GP will provide substitute prescribing. A newly qualified RMN maybe considered for this role. The role will provide accommodation and food as well as attractive amounts of time off.
