Senior Account Manager
Driver Require Ltd, the leading driving recruitment agency in Hertfordshire, seeks a self-motivated and energetic Account Manager with excellent business development, customer service and administrative skills to be a key player in the establishment of a new branch in Harlow.
You will report to the Stevenage Branch Manager and, depending upon your performance, you could be considered for promotion to the role of Harlow Branch Manager. With the assistance and guidance of the Stevenage Branch Manager you will be responsible for enlisting new clients, recruiting drivers and then growing the branch revenues to plan. You will also drive the recruitment of new staff to form the Harlow branch recruitment team.
Key responsibilities include:
Identify and sign up new clients.
Recruit drivers and build an approved driver list.
Market Driver Require to the Harlow business area.
Generate new business.
Manage the day-to-day operations:
- Allocate drivers to client jobs.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage and resolve issues as they arise.
- Provide on-call services on a rota basis.
Assist with the recruitment of new staff for the Harlow branch.
Ensure excellent maintenance of office systems and records.
Perform general administrative duties for the Harlow branch.
Who we are looking for:
Candidates should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering excellent customer service to demanding clients. You must also have excellent client facing skills with the proven ability and desire to sell to customers. Thirdly you must be a keen administrator with an eye for detail and a dislike of sloppy practices.

You do not necessarily have to come from a recruitment background. The key thing we are looking for is your ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Established in Stevenage in 2000, Driver Require has grown to become one of the most successful driving agencies in the Hertfordshire and South Bedfordshire regions.
