Home Manager (Ayrshire)

My client a large corporate require a Home Manager to run their 60 bedded care home catering for frail elderly and EMI clients. Located in Stevenston, Ayrshire.

You must hold a Nursing qualification and have some prior management experience - experience at deputy level is acceptable.

The prospective candidate will be responsible for running the care home smoothly, managing the staff and looking after residents. You will be responsible for advertising and promoting the care home, staff recruitment and training and liaising regular with your regional regarding all issues.
