Customer Account Representative

Applicants will need to be confident communicators both over the phone and client facing, and of smart appearance. Some telecommunications knowledge would be an advantage but training will be provided.Will need excellent time management and organisational skills to manage workload effectively.

Duties:
will be assisting new clients through the set up of their account and manage existing clients throughout the duration of their contract. You will be building strong relationships with clients, identifying their individual needs,and will be training clients on how to use and understand the product and services and ensuring that the customer service they receive is second to none.
As first point of contact for the customer excellent customer service skills and initiative is required to ensure that all queries and problems are responded to efficiently, will also be liaising with internal departments and service engineers.

The role involves traveling to clients, so applicants will need a full valid driving license
