We work very closely with our schools to match the right candidates, rather than drown the schools in cv's of inappropriate teachers. We are selective and be-spoke in our approach and it is working like a dream. I am a U.K qualified teacher with London experience and have been in educational recruitment for 7 years, I know why the larger agencies are losing their business to us. The quality of our teachers is very high and our approach is less salesy more consultative.

We want to establish a secondary teaching recruitment division. We have already turned down secondary business as we did not have a consultant at the time.
We are looking for someone who is a qualified teacher as you will be going into some of our schools 1 day a month to teach

In your 1st month you will keep 50% of all revenue you bring in, as you build your business, plus you also receive Branch commission as well.

You will receive immense support and training every week, but more importantly you will also be able to operate your Secondary Business the way you know works for your schools. Salary 18 - 25k basic
