Night Supervisor

Job Title: Night Supervisor

Reports To: Operations Manager

Work: 4 x 12hrs Night Shifts (4 on 4off shift basis)

Location: Redhill Distribution Centre

Key Responsibilities - (Having control and authority)
" Efficient use and management of the team
" Responsible for the relevant Shift Operation
" Health & Safety compliance / reporting of incidents
" Accuracy of work completed
" Security of Company property and stock
" Staff
" Training
" Uniform allocation
" Holiday allocation
" Time keeping
" Planning and delegation of work
" Communication
" Production of Key Performance Indicators
" Goods In & Supplier, Haulier bookings
" Stock Loss
" General House Keeping and maintaining the minimum standards

Principle Accountabilities - (Being responsible for)
" Prioritising of the daily work load
" Achieving the Company productivity targets and objectives
" Time Management
" Co-ordination of Staff and Equipment
" Managing and motivation of the team
" Safety & health of employees
" Compliance and correct use of M.H.E and warehouse equipment
" Accuracy of computer data entry
" Pace & accuracy of
" Receipts & Verification of Bar codes
" Put-away
" Replenishment
" Picking / assembly of orders
" Checking
" Loading
" Control of
" Stock
" Customer returns
" Maintaining good General House Keeping standard
" Deep Cleaning schedule/ record
" Stock Loss
" Control of damage
" Accurate reporting of disposed & saved stock
" Recoup
" Production of Key performance Indicators
" Staff
" Training & training records
" Induction
" Reviews/ probationary reviews
