SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

An opportunity has risen within the Largest Telecommunications Company in Woodmead for a Manager – Supply Chain Management Division, they looking for someone with 10 years experience within the Telecom/Technology industries where your areas of responsibilities where/was/are:-
• SCM MIS Reporting
• SCM Compliance
• Working experience in a ERP environment (SAP will be definite advantage)
• Systems management
• Policy and procedures development
• Project management relating to process implementation (List your current/previous experiences)
• People Management and Development Skills

Requirements
Post graduate qualification in Business Management and/or Information Systems management or supply Chain Management with detailed experience relating to the position.

Part of responsibilities
• Develop implement and maintain internal policies and procedures for SCM function.
• Ensure compliance of all policies and procedures
• Half yearly internal review of SCM
• Liaison to all audit teams (Internal and External).
• Respond and resolve all audit queries on behalf of SCM function
• Develop market inelegance, benchmarking and best practices surveys and reporting
• Develop, implement and maintain internal customer satisfaction surveys.
• Develop, implement and maintain supplier satisfaction surveys.
• Develop, implement and maintain supplier performance surveys
• Track internal SLA's
• Management SCM all reporting
• Complete operational SCM report
• Oversee the automation of SCM function
• Understand and define SCM processes and implement workflow methodologies
• Interface and single point of contact with SAP team and IT function.
• Drive all SCM SAP projects
• Make sure SCM processes are ERP driven and dependent (not people dependent)
• Responsible for creation of Vendor and item codes and all ERP masters in the MM module environment.
• Responsible for developing input controls and ensure the system is adequately configured to support it.
• Develop manage and maintain all software outside the SAP MM environment.
