We are looking for an established, capable and focussed Account Director to help grow this dynamic agency in Tunbridge Wells. Although traditionally a PR agency, my client are now looking to secure a heavyweight marketing Account Director – to expand on their full service offering and add a different approach to the work they do. They are also confident that they have a very strong PR team in place to support this individual as they widen the scope of the business.

Specialising in Business Tourism, they have an impressive client list and a team of committed and successful individuals in place. They are now looking to add to the top of the team and need someone who is absolutely devoted to ensuring success at all levels – with a hard working and hunger for success. At least 6 years agency or senior client side experience is required – ideally from a full service background – but relevant tourism related experience would be considered. You will need to demonstrate a solid track record at all levels and have had experience managing a team.

You will be required to travel, mainly throughout the South, and so a flexible attitude and approach is required. The main office is based in Tunbridge Wells.
