Taylor Made Recruitment is a young and dynamic Recruitment Consultancy specializing solely in the Advertising, Marketing, PR and Digital sectors.

Recruitment Consultant – Are you ambitious, proactive with business acumen and a desire to succeed in all areas of your life? We need a strong Recruitment Consultant with second to none communication skills (verbal and written), established sales skills with a track record of performance but overall – an exceptional client servicing ability.

You will be very well organised and able to juggle several client accounts as well as proactively build your own business as we move into new areas. Over 80% of the role is telephone based, ideally we would like to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant but are open to considering other talented sales / account management individuals.

We have very high standards of service, and ability to make things happen. We don’t make empty promises and manage the recruitment process every step of the way – from placing graduate trainees to headhunting CEO’s.

This is a superb opportunity for a smart, bright individual to establish themselves within a rapidly expanding business. Salary is negotiable, and the package includes a realistic and achievable commission which could see you earning a considerable OTE.
