Property Inventory Clerk
Do you have experience as an Inventory Clerk ?
Our client, a property services company located in London requires a smart & talented property inventory clerk.
£20,000 to £25,000 Per Annum
Job Description:
The job involves carrying out full inventories, check ins, check outs and mid term inspections of various properties in London. The inventories must be thorough and contain every item in the property and also state the condition.
Digital photos and meter readings also need to be taken at each property.
The inventory reports, check in reports, check out reports, and mid term inspection reports are typed up using standard excel templates and are then emailed to the office and photos are uploaded on to a website.
Accuracy and attention to detail are essential for all reports submitted.
