Business Analyst / Product Manager

Digital Look is a leading financial information and news service, providing a comprehensive suite of stockmarket & personal finance data, tools and education to clients.

Based in central London, we are a well established and fast growing financial media and technology company growing at more than 50% per year. This represents a significant opportunity for candidates to develop their roles and career rapidly.

Background to & purpose of role: To specify and manage products for Digital Look media sites, including project management and implementation in the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and deliver projects throughout the project life-cycle according to company accepted project management methods and software development processes.
• Research and identify new opportunities for products on the corporate website, as well as branded training applications
• Research and identify reqirements for international expansion of the Digital Look (D.L.) brand, with a particular focus on market specific requirements.

• Fully specify product upgrades, new product development and international product projects for the D.L. Media sites, including an understanding of commerical implications & a cost/benefit analysis.
• Regularly propose feedback, research or other information that is required to understand whther products are successful, & the business drivers for the next suite of enhancements.
• Provide post-live support & management of all products and take responsibility for ensuring that they deliver their KPI's.

Essential
• Product delivery experience in a software environment
• Financial/Banking background is essential
• Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communications
• Ability to present information clearly and concisely
• Proactive attitude
• Must have strong organizational skills as well as the ability to prioritise work effectively and work well under pressure
• Business Analyst experience preferred

Desirable
• Prince2 qualified
