They work with clients early in the planning or development process in order to find innovative and cost effective solutions to their transportation and accessibility problems.

Job Responsibilities
To develop new business and to take responsibility for the profitable performance of a Planning Team and potentially, other support services in a new office in London.

Tasks
• To develop a client base for a development transport planning service located in London
• To develop, manage and lead a planning Team under the candidate’s direct control and to satisfy customer expectations.
• To run the planning team as a profit centre within agreed budget objectives.
• To ensure that the members of the teams work in an efficient manner and meet key measurement indicators such as “chargeable time” and “overhead costs”
• To provide administrative and technical support to the teams
• To identify and help to provide training for all team members as required
• To identify and develop new business opportunities
• To contribute to the strategic direction of the company.
