Social Worker Sensory Disabilities

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or Other GSCC qualification is essential.

Experience of working with adults with sensory disabilities or physical disabilities is essential (placement experience is also acceptable). You will be required to complete assessments and reviews, care planning and management for Sensory Impaired adults and their carers. You will also liaise with Statutory and Non-Statutory Agencies to achieve this, and to effect a multi-disciplinary support programme as is considered appropriate. This role involves working in a hospital setting. Flexible working hours are available.
