IN TAC II SUPPORT ENGINEER

Aircom international is currently in need of IN-TAC Engineer for our client in India.
You will be responsible for:
Handling customer’s operational queries on IN products
Support group members for technical problems during build phase
Escalation and follow up with TAC3 for technical queries/ FR / Emergencies /TQ
Coordinate and control the release of software updates/patches to customer and pre implementation testing if required.
Management of the technical documentation, technical literature, manuals, and release notes etc 0f the products for which expert are responsible.
ATP, validation, field trail, interpretability document preparation, discussion with the customer.
Proactive distribution of technical service information to field engineers


The following knowledge is required:
Knowledge about group procedure and project execution
Knowledge of SS7, IP , RDBMS
Knowledge of operating system and architecture specially Solaris. Knowledge about OEM products like Prime cluster, Orcale , singal ware, etc
Knowledge of Hardware of IN hardware
Knowledge of VOMS system overview
Knowledge of IN Services specially PPS functionality .

Experience on Siemens is a must. Excellent $ rates.
