Tier 3 Practitioner

Experience case managing substance misuse clients with substitute requirements needs is essential.

A local is service is looking for a drug and alcohol practitioner to take on an existing case load of substance misuse clients currently on scripts for methadone or subutex. The role will involve titrating clients to stabalise their doses through key working. The role will also involve taking assessments from new chaotic clients and designing care plans to assess initial doses. At all times the successful candidate must be on the lookout for symptoms of overdose, with drawl and on top usage.
