New Media Manager

ITRM Ltd is an IT Services Company, providing IT Recruitment and Technical Consultancy. Our office is fast-paced, exciting, hardworking and most of all fun! We are looking for dynamic, like-minded, dedicated individuals to join our team.

We recruiting internally for a Manager to oversee our New Media team. You will have a proven track record within the Web/New Media arena. Ideally have experience across all sizes of business and requirement needs, from SME's through to large corporate environments (1 to 500+ page sites).

You will have 3 key areas of responsibility:

1. Hands on Development, Team Leadership & Project Management - As the lead developer in a number of existing and newly acquired projects you must posses at least 3 years of professional experience as a lead developer in Web site development projects. Experience in team leadership of small technical teams will be highly regarded, as will professional experience in the initial specification and ongoing project management of technical projects.
2. New Business Development (Web/Internet) - You will have exceptional presentation skills backed with an ability to write documentation to accompany your work everything from writing the initial proposal for work to providing supporting documentation for internal and customer use.
3. Web Development and Design - Technically you will have at least 3 years commercial experience of the following core technical skills: PHP, MySQL, XML, DHTML, CSS , Specification Development and Project Management. Development of Content Management Systems specifically within the Estate Agency industry.
Experience with Intranet development: specifically dealing with initial specification development through to technical document preparation and team leadership.
