They provide specialist services in bakery, catering and refrigeration; all geared towards keeping electrical and gas equipment functioning at peak efficiency at all times.

Job Description
Our client is looking for someone to carry out reactive and planned maintenance on commercial catering and bakery equipment.

Responsibilities
To ensure efficient and timely response to reactive and planned maintenance calls from clients, utilising skills, to maximise first fix rates at a minimum cost to the company.

Duties
• Daily communication with call centre
• Refer to parts order when required
• Perform reactive and proactive repair of commercial catering equipment
• Liaise and brief clients on-site managers of job status
• Log jobs onto PDA
• Maintenance of a tidy, presentable uniform and van.

Qualifications
• Electro-mechanical qualification (BS7671)
• Completed NVQ (Level 3) of electrical mechanical background
• Corgi Registered.

Experience of:
• Customer Service
• Electrical service industry (installation and maintenance)
• Commercial gas and refrigeration (depending on particular role)

Provided
Uniform PDA/ manual paperwork depending on availability
Manuals Vehicle
Van Stock Mobile Phone Specialist tools-tester etc

Other
Hours: 8am – 5pm (possible overtime)
Travel time at flat rate (£9-11ph)
