CRM Consultants - Cross Train to Sage 200 and Sage CRM - Leeds

Implementation Consultant - strong CRM experience with any of the leading CRM solutions such as FrontRange GoldMine, Sage MME, Sage 200, SalesLogix, SalesForce, AccPac, Achiever, or Act! to join this hugely successful provider of integrated financial/accounting and CRM software to the SME market. They are one of the fastest growing technology companies in the UK and specialists across the full range of Sage products.
The role will involve implementation and consultancy for Sage 200 and Sage CRM software. You will manage the complete implementation life cycle providing appropriate client education, installing and configuring the Sage applications, delivering technical and end user training at client sites, troubleshooting implementation issues, and leading/supporting acceptance testing. Candidates should have proven experience in the implementation of on site CRM applications, full life cycle skills, confident and persuasive communication skills and the ability to forge credible and effective working relationships with both clients and colleagues. You should also be committed to providing the highest level of customer service and technical expertise to your clients.
