Applications Support - Accounting Software - Thames Valley

Applications Support Consultant with accounting or ERP software experience - great opportunity to cross train to Sage 200, the new integrated accounting and CRM product from Sage, and to Access Dimensions - a fully integrated accounting/business software package built around Microsoft SQL server. This is a professional services company that provides full implementation and consultancy, and has a product specific support department covering applications, IT and network support. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in a telephone and remote support environment - and will have worked with accounting or ERP software such as Sage, Pegasus Opera, Coda Financials, Exchequer, Navision, Great Plains, SunSystems, Agresso, Epicor, SAP Business One, Baan, Accpac, or PS Financials. You should be able to work in a structured manner, be well organised and extremely thorough, and, working for a consultancy, you must be credible when dealing with clients so an excellent telephone manner is essential. Your brief will be to offer telephone and remote support for Sage 200 and Access Dimensions clients for which full training will be provided - up to certification.
