Social Worker Older Person

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or Other GSCC qualification is essential.

Experience of working with adults or older people essential. Experience carrying out reviews in a statutory or non statutory setting a benefit. Yours duties will involve completing assessments of need, providing packages of multiple community based services, also dealing with care plans and reviews.
You will be visiting homes in the local area. Flexible working hours are available, a car desirable but not essential.
