(a) MBA

(b) min 7-8 years experience in insurance/finance sector.

(c) Front end exposure in concept sales.

(d) Should have handled the profile of successfully heading a profit centre/SBU

(e) Experienced in preparing, projecting and analyzing budget and sales plans.

(f) Open to traveling around the region for business promotion activities

(g) Understands and practices the concept of training and retention of the staff.

(h) Dynamic individual with the vision and initiative to fruitfully achieve corporate business targets of the region.

(i) Effective communication and presentations skills.

(j) Computer literate.
