Dealer Support Advisor

Due to company growth, the company is looking for a dealer support advisor to join our team.
The main Purpose of the role will be working as part of the dealer support team providing exceptional customer service to their Airtime customers and working to support internal teams.
*Validating and approving customer orders throughout the day
* Providing telephone and email e-mail support to our dealers
*Managing key accounts ensuring service levels are maintained
*Taking ownership of any escalated client issues, ensuring a resolution is met
* Working proactively to update dealers with account / order information as well as network news
*liaising with warehouse to ensure all order requirements are met
Person Specification:
This role will ideally be suited to candidates with
*Previous customer service experience
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*IT Skills (Microsoft word, Excel, CRM system experience)
*Pro-active
*Team Player
*Flexible approach to working hours
