Description:
The purpose of this role is to manage the dealer support team within airtime, ensuring the department meets the agreed customer service levels at all times.

*Ensuring department is sufficiently staffed at all times to cover customer service hours and that service levels are constantly maintained

*Managing the day to day operation of the team, offering support and training to ensure they carry out their roles effectively

*Ensuring all members of the team understand internal processes including the accurate validation of orders and network requirements

*To build relationship with dealers, instilling confidence in the abilities of the department and systems used

*Delegating day to day tasks to the team

*Attending interviews and disciplinary meetings as required by the Operations manager and HR

Person Specification:
*Supervisory / Management experience

*Customer service experience

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills

*IT skills (Microsoft word, Excel, CRM systems experience)

*Ability to work under pressure

*Proactive

*Customer service focussed

*Flexible approach to working hour
