Social Worker Hospital Setting London

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or Other GSCC qualification is desirable.

Experience of working with adults or older people essential. Experience carrying out reviews in a statutory experience is essential. Experience in working within a hospital setting essential. This role will involve conducting assessments designing care plans and carrying a case load of clients with in a busy hospital setting. Flexible working hours are available, a car desirable but not essential.
