Service Charge Collections Officer

Experience evaluating, negotiating and collection of service charges is essential. Knowledge of the iWorld software is essential.

A local housing team is looking for a collections officer for its service charges team. The role will involve working a patch of ex local authority houses, evaluating service charges using the iWorld management system, followed by negotiating with tenants for exemptions and collection of charges. This role likely to be extended beyond the initial contract length.
