Social Worker Older Person

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or Other GSCC qualification is essential.

Experience of working with adults or older people essential. Experience designing care plans essential. Knowledge of the NHS and Community Care Act 1990 essential. Placement experience with Older People is acceptable. This role will involve conducting initial assessment designing care plans and holding a case load of clients ( Older People) opportunity for permanent work after initial contract.
