Customer Service Adviser Personal Lines Insurance £12,000 - £16,000 Essex

Responsible for dealing with all mid term adjustment enquiries including revised quotations, processing and administration. Applicants must have a proven track record in dealing with motor and/or household insurance and have a polite telephone manner. Basic salary between £12,000-£16,000 per annum plus performance and productivity related bonuses available monthly.

On-going training and development will be provided and the opportunity to study towards CII qualifications.

Flexible shifts as per departmental rota. 40 hours per week.
Combination of :
Early shifts (8:30am-5:00pm
Late shifts (12:00-8:30pm).

Normal work pattern would consist of 4 week days and one day over the weekend. (Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm or Sundays 10:00am-4:00pm).
