Experience key working clients with substance misuse issues requiring the prescription of substitute medication is essential. A nursing qualification would be a benefit.



A local service is looking for a substance misuse worker to work alongside a GP in its shared care service. The role will involve carrying out assessments and becoming involved in the titration process with a view to stabalising the clients dose.
