An excellent opportunity with a major petrochemical organisation.
Candidates must have experience within Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals industries. C Eng or MIEE. Experience of managing electrical input on Front End, EPC and Conceptual projects.
Provide technical data and documentation required for the preparation of proposals.
Ensure corporate procedures, standards, specifications and required design aids for this discipline are in place to ensure compliance with SHE policy and for the efficient execution of production work are reviewed on a regular basis. Approve key technical documents as defined in Project Quality Plans, General Procedures and Operating Procedures.
Assist in the definition of technical audit requirements for project work. Liaise with Group companies on the development of common working methods. Assist with definition of requirements and implementation of CADD/CAD working methods. Forecast and monitor manpower requirements, advise on staff recruitment and training needs. Prepare annual budget for Group capital equipment expenditure. Keep abreast of latest technology, applicable national and international standards and vendors equipment availability.
