Mental Health Drugs Worker

Experience key working severe and enduring mental health clients with substance misuse issues is essential. Assertive out reach work with either mental health or drug and alcohol clients would be a benefit.

A local statutary service is looking for a specialist substance misuse worker to join its team. The role will involve assessing mental health clients with substance misuse issues and designing care plans to address their needs. The role would also involve key working clients within their homes and helping them maintain their independence.
