Drugs Worker

Experience case managing substance misuse clients is essential. Experience key working drug and alcohol clients is essential. Experience facilitating group sessions would be a benefit but is not essential.

A local service is looking for a substance misuse worker to help out its expanding team. The role will involve case management of up to 20 drug and alcohol clients, assessing their needs and developing care plans to include key work sessions as well as referral work and acting on behalf of the client for benefits and housing etc. As the service develops there maybe the opportunity to co facilitate groups. This role also has the opportunity to go permanent.
