Telemarketer

The Role

The company is seeking to employ experienced telemarketing professionals to work across its clients’ appointment setting and lead generation campaigns. Its clients are IT and B2B companies across the UK that use its services to generate qualified sales leads. Campaigns vary in size and nature so the role itself is varied and full of new daily/weekly challenges. Whether completing a data cleaning campaign, or qualifying valuable opportunities, the right candidates will be an integral part of the team and vital to the ongoing success of the company. As they say, you have to be good at something to work for a small business!

The Candidate

Ideally, suitable candidates will have a proven background in B2B Outbound telemarketing including lead-generation or appointment-setting experience. Any knowledge of, or background in the IT marketplace would be an advantage, but not essential as full training is given on an ongoing basis.

The company is based in Ferndown so the ability to travel to the office is essential. The right candidate should not only have a background in B2B telemarketing, but have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail and good computer and English literacy. In return, the company is looking to pay competitive salaries plus bonuses.

The Opportunity
