Prescribing subsance misuse worker

Experience case managing substance misuse clients is essential. Experience in tier 3 service would be a benefit.

A substance misuse service is looking for a drug and alcohol worker to take on a case load of substance misuse clients, a proportion of these BME clients. Care plans devised in conjunction with a GP to define levels of prescriptions followed by titration and key work sessions once stabilised.
