Sales Support Engineer
This dynamic and forward thinking company are seeking to recruit a Sales Support Engineer. The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of IP networks including security, IPT and general ISP servicese. The candidate must have a good understanding and be able to discuss with customers areas such as storage, backup, email and end user applications. A minimum of 3 years in the industry is requested but this will be overlooked for an exceptional candidate. You will be dynamic, proactive, able to work as part of the team and alone. Capable of performing research to identify required solutions. You will be customer focused with excellent presentation skills. Sales support is the primary interface between Sales and the other COO departments. As a technical department Sales Support will assist sales with customer presentations and the gathering of data required for implementation. This will include DXI standard services and bespoke solutions to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Producing service delivery diagrams and documenting customer specific details that will be used for provisioning and support.
Producing pricing support documentation and bill of materials
Taking new and bespoke requiremens to the Head of Engineering for approval, design, test and documentation
Assiting Sales with technical presentations
Gathering of Technical information for the implementation and support of customer solutions.
