You will contribute to the provision of a comprehensive legal service mainly appointment reviewing and other areas of corporate governance. Advising the business on legal and contract issues arising from service lines.

Applicants will be LLP qualified complete with relevant experience of this type of work. Candidates who can work with minimum of supervision and a team player plus excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
