1st/2nd Line Support Analyst - City of London – We require an experienced technical support analyst to support users of a web based software package used in the insurance industry. Candidates for this role should have the following skills:
• Windows XP/2000/NT background and good working knowledge
• Internet & Intranet use and understanding
• Lotus Notes experience would be an advantage
• Call logging experience
The ideal candidate will be highly customer service orientated, self motivated, highly organised and possess excellent communication skills using email or on the phone. The successful candidate will offer user support by phone and email; will be in regular contact with partners and suppliers and also assist with ad hoc projects and management reporting. We really need a candidate who will make problem solving a personal responsibility and manage the entire support process from the first call to problem resolution. 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst - City of London
