HR/Recruiter

The entrie recruitment cycle would be handled -

-Poaching the candidates from the Portals, References, Cold Calling et al with regards the required KSAs et al.
-Screening the candidates.
-Short-listing the candiaidtes.
-Selecting the candidates.
-Scheduling the rounds of interview for the candidates.
-Rolling out the offer letter
-Follow-up of the candidate till he/she joins the respective client.

JOB SPECIFICATION :

-Should have a flair to build a career in the field of Human Resource.
-Freshers can also apply.
-Some experience in a consulting firm would also be an added advantage.
-Good Communication is a mandate.
