Account Manager/Sales Executive
£16-£18k basic £24k OTE + share equity

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced salesperson to join a small but highly successful expanding company in Eastleigh. This position is ideal for either someone looking to work full time but would prefer to take leave around school holidays, or work school term times only!!

In the role of Account Manager/Sales Executive you will need to have a minimum of two years sales experience of building up relationships in a business to business environment. You should also be an enthusiastic and persistent sales person who has the ability to 'leave the door open' in an industry where a hard sell is not appropriate.

Your main responsibilities will include sending out brochures to schools, following up over the telephone and eventually arranging appointments for demonstrations of financial management (IT) solutions that enable schools to streamline their administrative procedures. As this is a commodity which schools really want you will be working to realistic sales targets and some business will also come through via personal recommendation.

You will also be working in a very friendly environment for a company that really appreciates the efforts of their staff and show their appreciation by offering equity shares to prove it!!
