Social Worker Older Person

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or Other GSCC qualification is essential.

Experience of working with adults or older people essential and Mental Health any of these fields would be suitable. Experience carrying out reviews in a statutory or non statutory setting essential. This role will involve carrying out reviews in residential and nursing homes and identifying the need for alternative placement where necessary. You will be visiting homes in the local area. Flexible working hours are available, a car desirable but not essential.
