Approved Social Worker Mental Health

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or Other GSCC qualification is essential.
Previous experience work as an ASW essential.

An opportunity has arisen for an ASW with in the Adult Social Services Hospital setting.
The vacancy is to provide operational management and leadership for the Community Care Team, with a recovery focus for clients with Mental Health problems. To be responsible for the efficient delivery of the ASW service. To act as care coordinator to clients under the CPA, and to contribute to plans also to work as a member of the multi disciplinary team.
This role will also involve hold a varied case load of clients.
