Recruitment Team Leader - £24k - £28k + Commission!

As a Specialist Recruitment Team Leader working from our Head Office in Woking you will be responsible for:



Organizing your team and managing them on a daily basis as well as completing your own work to a high standard


New business development - Maintaining and establishing new relationships across the UK & Europe


· Taking responsibility for training new members of staff joining your team (Trainee or Experienced)



Specific candidate searches and profiling using our bespoke database as well as other online resources


The successful candidate will preferably have a similar background in the Recruitment industry. You will have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure and be someone who is highly motivated and Ambitious with the desire to reap rewards. You will need an excellent telephone manner and communication skills as you will be speaking to our clients and candidates on a daily basis and be a good team player.
