Alcohol team manager

Experience managing a team of alcohol or substance misuse workers is essential. A counselling qualification would be a benefit.

A local service is looking for a team manager to take on a team of full time, part time and sessional alcohol and domestic violence counsellors. The role will include a small case load of alcohol misuse clients, case allocation, waiting list monitoring as well organising rotas for sessional workers. The role will also include managerial supervision for staff as well as liaising with local authorities, CMHT’s as well as child protection agencies. This role offers flexible hours.
