Applications Support - accounting software - Bristol

Great support role for an all rounder with accounting software experience, IT support and good technical skills - based just south of Bristol with a leading fully accredited Sage Solutions Partner, currently experiencing record growth and profits. This is a super company, very successful, but still small enough for you to be recognised and rewarded for your contribution. They are able to offer detailed product, business and technology expertise in far more depth than many other Sage dealers and are acknowledged leaders in the field of developing Sage MMS and Sage 200 technology. You will be joining a small dedicated support team who fully understand the software features and functions, and also have accountancy experience. Your role will be office based and will involve telephone and remote applications support, technical support, administration and data conversion.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Great communication skills
* The ability to fit into a small close knit team
* Accounting software experience on a leading product such as Sage, Pegasus Opera, Exchequer, Navision, Great Plains, SAP Business One, SunSystems, Coda financials, Agresso, PS Financials, Cedar OpenAccounts or Access Accounts
* Good all round technical awareness
