Youth Inclusion Project Worker

Uegently required youth inclusion project worker. Must have the following:

*Diploma/degree in related discipline or equilivent experience.
*Engaging and working with children and/or young people with challenging behavious and/or who are at risk of social exclusion.
*Supervising, managing and supporting staff.
*Empower children and their families.
*Working in partnership with other organisations.
*Organisational skills and deadlines
*Budgetary and fund-raising skills.
*Negotiation skills.
*Commitment to community involvement and comunity capacity building.
