Legal Secretary
You will be expected to work with a high degree of self organisation and incitive when undertaking your secretarial responsibilities which include:
Audio, Copy typing, Drafting letters, Documents and completing forms as required.
Ensuring that the correct enclosures are sent out to any correspondence.
Preparing good quality court bundles as required.
Organising and maintain all files in a good order.
Responding to enquiries from prospective new clients apprpriatley including operating the firm's signposting procedure.
You must have:
The ability to work as a member of a team.
The ability to communicate well with clients.
Good file and time management skills.
