Alcohol Key Worker

Experience case managing alcohol misuse clients is essential. Experience case managing substance abuse clients would be a benefit. Experience facilitating therapeutic groups around issues such as relapse prevention is essential.

A Local service is looking for an alcohol case worker to take on a case load of alcohol misuse clients offering them relapse prevention advice through key work, one to one and group work sessions. Groups will run around issues such as relapse prevention, anxiety management and returning to employment. The role will also involve linking service users in with local training schemes with a view to rehabilitating them with work skills.
