Delivery Manager – ERP Consulting and Software Services Required in New Zealand

Join a highly successful ERP consulting company as a key member of the New Zealand-wide Delivery Team.
· Forecast and deploy the resource for a Supply Chain/Software and Managed Services company
· Develop strategic solutions for clients
· Build client relationships
A leading New Zealand owned consulting company is seeking a Delivery Manager for the Northern Region. The key objective of this role is to scope and allocate resources across Consulting, Services and Systems projects to optimise resources and maximise potential utilization.
Expected Outcomes:
The Service Delivery Manager will
· Ensure that high standards in execution and delivery apply to all projects in the region.
· Build a reputation for the delivery of projects in the region on time, within budget and contribute to a level of customer satisfaction directly attributable to delivered projects.
· Forecast and plan resource requirements for projects.
· Deploy resources effectively.
· Communicate ad implement consistently high quality of organization and planning
· Grow and expand product knowledge into other products and modules
· Keep abreast of products and technologies.
· Be an effective team member
Ideally you will have proven Service Level Management or similar experience in Vendor/Contract Management/Services.
Your excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively at all levels of the business combined with attention to detail, ability to focus on results and a customer focus.
