Embedded C Engineer Hampshire c £40K

Embedded Software vacancy, C, XC164 Microcontrollers. Skills sought include full lifecycle development for embedded software systems and some PC applications. Any experience of Electric motors or drives a bonus.

Embedded Software Engineer for Hampshire based client who design, develop and manufacturer precision electric motors, industrial joysticks, and electric drive systems for electric vehicles.

This position is on their team and is responsible for everything from concept/algorithm development, coding, debugging, testing through to system commissioning and development.

Candidates with the following skills should apply:

Embedded C programming - Preferably with Infineon XC164 Microcontroller experience, using Emulators and a PC Based Integrated Development Environment (IDE's)

Structured Design Experience - Experience of using tools such as Yourdon Methodology

Physics - Experience and/or interest in Mechanics/Motion Control
